Professional Computer & Network Support that Will Save You Money
- Onsite
- Our minimum fee is $65.00
- We charge $65.00 per honest hour. An honest hour does not include time spent for a tool malfunction, explaining a procedure to a customer, or similar events controllable by JBUR-Solutions. An honest hour does, however, include more than one issue on more than one system in so far as they are at the same location.
- Travel time to your location is billed at $65.00 per hour where such travel time exceeds a 30 minute round trip on an average day while obeying all speed limits.
- Included with onsite visits is one free checkup to ensure the work performed is satisfactory and/or the installed component(s) is (are) functioning properly.
- In Shop
- We charge $65.00 per hour for hands on work. Time is not recorded during automated tasks such as software installation runtime.
- No unscheduled drop-offs, please. In most cases a technician will meet the customer at a prearranged location for computer or peripheral pickup. There is no additional cost for this option provided our total round trip travel time is less than 30 minutes.
- Diagnostic
- A maximum fee of $20.00 for diagnostic services will be charged where no repairs are made.
This can be due to an issue that cannot be duplicated while the technician is present, when it is not
cost effective to repair equipment, or when a satisfactory solution cannot be found.
- Phone Support
- Phone support calls over 10 minutes in length are subject to a charge of 75¢ per minute. This service is similar to what most manufactures offer as “in warranty service”, minus a difficult accent, scripted answers and call center metrics.
- Research / Consulting
- We charge $25.00 for each hour spent researching and documenting a customer's query. The purpose of this service is to save valuable time and money for our customers by enabling them to be completely informed.
- Labor Discounts
- Senior Citizen: 20%
Student or Faculty: 15%
Veteran or Active Duty Service Member: 20%
Spouse of Deployed Service Member: 30%
Given the complexity and ever-changing technology of today's computer and network systems, not all scenarios can be anticipated as far as training or tools are concerned. As an added value to our customers, all JBUR-Solutions's technicians have the ability to discount the cost of labor should an unusual scenario arise.
