Printer problem resolved by Chris

September 20, 2012 Having updated to Windows 7 recently, we were frustrated to find out that we were unable to print anything from our computer. Being a senior citizen, with little computer knowledge, I knew I needed help in order to be able to print again. A friend suggested that I call Chris Burgess and gave him the highest recommendation. I am happy to report that Chris was able to fix the problem over the telephone. In addition, I found him to be very patient and understanding, as he answered all my questions about computers. From my experience, I would urge anyone with a computer problem to give Chris a call and he will provide the solution to any computer dilemma. Most sincerely, Jane Sellmann
